Supported Interns welcome a special guest

Our Supported Interns at Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust were pleased to meet with James Blythe the Managing Director and Chris Ford, the Assistant Director of Facilities. at the hospital this week. James was keen to meet the interns and discuss their feedback on the course and see if any improvements were required. Our interns all introduced themselves and gave an overview of the work they have been carrying out at the hospital, this included work rotations in portering, catering, the post room and administration. Some interns are also hoping to move over into clinical areas in the future too. The interns went on to describe to James how the course has helped them to gain new skills, improve their confidence and build new friendships. The students and staff were really pleased that James was able to take the time to meet them and hear about the progress they have been making and also ways to further improve the course.
