Tea-riffic progress!

Sean started work at Priscilla’s Soft Play Café in October as a Hospitality Team Member. His duties involve keeping the kitchen area and customer area clean and tidy. He also serves customers snacks and beverages, along with keeping the play area safe and tidy. initially Sean needed support to work on his own initiative and build up his confidence to carry tasks however he has quickly made great progress in this area.

Sean is a valued member of the team, he’s a great support to the senior staff especially during their busy periods and he does not wait to be prompted to carry out tasks and works completely on his own initiative. The cafe manager was so impressed with Sean’s work ethic that he offered Sean further work experience in their tearoom. Excellent work, Sean!
