Employer Testimonies

Read some feedback from employers who offer work placements to our learners:

Partnering with Orchard Hill College to offer work experience is a great opportunity for both sides, strengthening relationships, increasing awareness & providing a fun safe environment of learning outside the classroom.

The Reprographic department has had students from Orchard Hill College for over eight years and found it a very positive experience. The students become an integral part of the department, and soon become confident in doing the requested tasks and develop skills which will hopefully help them to achieve their full potential. Their contribution really did help and I hope they felt they were appreciated and the time they spent with us was a positive step in their development of work/life skills.

At the end of his work placement our student decided to stay with us and continue by volunteering with Theatre Peckham. We are very happy to have him in our team.

Theatre Peckham

Outcomes for learners are outstanding, teaching, learning and assessment are excellent and the extremely diverse programmes that meet learners’ individual needs, interests and aspirations, prepare them very well for life after College.
